1.Power off your phone

2.Press power button and after phone vibrates once press volume down until you will see exclamation sign on the screen

If your PC is running low on free space, you may not be able to install important Windows updates, or your PC’s performance may be affected. Here are a few ways to free up some drive space so you can keep your PC up to date and running smoothly: Hide all If you are getting a Low Disk Space error due to a full Temp folder If you used Disk Cleanup to free up space on your device and then see a Low Disk Space error, it’s possible that your Temp folder is quickly filling up with application (.appx) files that are used by the Microsoft Store. For more, see Low Disk Space error due to a full Temp folder. Free up space with storage sense You can use storage sense to delete unnecessary or temporary files from your device. (Can't find storage sense on your device using the steps below? See the Free up space with Disk Cleanup section below instead.) Select the Start button, and then select Settings > System > Storage . Under Storage sense, select Free up space now. Windows will take a few moments to determine what files and apps are taking up the most space on your PC. Select all the items you want to delete, and then select Remove files. Note Recycle Bin and some other settings aren't selected by default. You may have to scroll down to select these items. Select the Recycle Bin to free up space taken up by previously deleted files. Windows moves files you delete to the Recycle Bin in case you change your mind and need them again in the future. You might be able to free up a significant amount of free space by selecting Recycle Bin to permanently remove files you’ve previously deleted. If you turn on storage sense, Windows will automatically free up space by getting rid of files you don't need, like temporary files and items in the Recycle Bin. You can sort by Size to see which apps use the most space. To uninstall an app, select it from the list and then select Uninstall. Select the Start button, and then select Settings > System > Storage . Under More storage settings, select Change where new content is saved. Low Disk Space error due to a full Temp folder

If you used Disk Cleanup to free up space on your device and then see a Low Disk Space error, it’s possible that your Temp folder is quickly filling up with application (.appx) files that are used by Microsoft Store. To fix this problem, you’ll need to reset the Store, clear the Store cache, and run the Windows Update troubleshooter: To reset Microsoft Store, select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, then select Windows Store Apps from the list and select Run the troubleshooter. To clear the Microsoft Store cache, press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, then type wsreset.exe and click OK. A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close and the Store will open automatically. To reset Windows Update, select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, then select Windows Update from the list and select Run the troubleshooter.

How to solve “SFC unable to fix corrupt files” problem in Windows 10

If you get the following error: “Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log” when running the sfc /scannow command in Windows 10 then you can try the methods on this page to fix the problem.

But first:

System File Checker

System File Checker is a built-in Windows tool that you can use to scan and repair missing or corrupted system files.

If system files are missing or corrupted, then Windows may not behave as expected and some Windows functions may not work, or Windows may crash.

You can run this tool with the sfc /scannow command in Windows Command Prompt (Admin).

DISM

The Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) tool in Windows 8 and 10, can fix component store corruption that prevents the System File Checker from working correctly.

We will use this tool to fix our System File Checker problem.

The “SFC unable to fix corrupt files” problem

I just reinstalled Windows 10, and after installing all of my software, I scanned Windows with the System File Checker tool.

But:

When I ran the sfc /scannow command, I received the following error:

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not supported in offline servicing scenarios.

Fortunately, I found a solution, and on this page, I will share it with you.

How to Fix “sfc found corrupt files but was unable to fix” in Windows 10

Method 1: Windows 10 Safe Mode

The first thing you should try is to (re)boot Windows 10 in “Safe Mode” and then run the sfc /scannow command.

1. Press and hold the [Shift] key on your keyboard.

2. Click on the start menu button.

3. Click on the power button.

4. Click on Restart.

Note: If the start menu button is not working, then you must open Settings, click on Update & Security, click on Recovery and then click on the Restart now button.

5. Choose Troubleshoot.

6. Choose Advanced options.

7. Choose Startup Settings.

Note: If you don't see Startup Settings, then you will have to click on See more recovery options located at the bottom of the screen.

8. Click on the Restart button.

9. Choose the Enable Safe Mode option (number 4 keyboard key).

10. Log into Windows.

11. Right-click on the start menu button and choose Command Prompt (Admin).

12. Type the following command:

sfc /scannow

13. Press Enter.

Method 2: DISM

1. Open Windows Command Prompt as administrator.

Three Ways to open Windows Command Prompt as administrator:

• Press the Windows + X keyboard keys at the same time and then click on Command Prompt (Admin).
• Right-click on the start menu button and then click on Command Prompt (Admin).
• Enter cmd in the Windows search bar or Cortana, then right-click on Command Prompt and choose Run as administrator.

2. When the User Account Control (UAC) window appears, you click Yes.

Note: Depending on your settings, you might need to enter your administrator password first and then click Yes.

The Command Prompt window will appear.

3. Type the following command and press Enter:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

4. Wait until the command is finished and then you can close the Command Prompt window.

5. Restart your computer.

6. Log into Windows.

7. Right-click on the start menu button and choose Command Prompt (Admin).

8. Type the following command:

sfc /scannow

9. Press Enter.

Method 3: DISM and Windows 10 ISO

1. Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/.

2. Click on the Download tool now button.

3. Open the media creation tool.

4. Click on the Accept button.

5. Select Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) for another PC.

6. Click on Next.

7. Make sure that the correct language, edition, and architecture is selected.

8. Click on Next.

9. Select ISO file.

10. Click on Next.

11. Select a location on your PC where you want to save the Windows.iso file.

12. Click on the Save button.

The media creation tool will now download the Windows 10 iso file.

The download may take a while. The time it takes depends on your Internet connection (speed) and Microsoft's servers.

13. When the download is ready, you will need to unzip (extract) the ISO file with a file archiver program like 7-Zip, WinRar, or WinZip.

14. Open the sources folder of your unzipped (extracted) ISO file.

15. In the sources folder, you will find a install.wim file. Copy this file to your desktop.

16. Create a new folder on your desktop and name it mount.

17. Open Windows Command Prompt as administrator.

Three Ways to open Windows Command Prompt as administrator:

• Press the Windows + X keyboard keys at the same time and then click on Command Prompt (Admin).
• Right-click on the start menu button and then click on Command Prompt (Admin).
• Enter cmd in the Windows search bar or Cortana, then right-click on Command Prompt and choose Run as administrator.

18. When the User Account Control (UAC) window appears, you click Yes.

Note: Depending on your settings, you might need to enter your administrator password first and then click Yes.

The Command Prompt window will appear.

Note: You must wait until a command is completed before you run the next command.

19. Type the following command and press Enter:

Dism /mount-wim /wimFile:%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\install.wim /index:1 /MountDir:%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\mount

20. Type the following command and press Enter:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

21. Type the following command and press Enter:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\mount\windows /LimitAccess

This may take 5 to 10 minutes, and at 20% it will look like it's stuck (freezes), but that's okay. It's normal. Don't worry. It will work. Just be patient and wait until the command is 100% completed.

22. Type the following command and press Enter:

Dism /unmount-wim /Mountdir:%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\mount /discard

Note: when you're trying to unmount your wim image and you get an error like 0xc1420127, then try the following command:

Dism /cleanup-wim

23. Now it's time to re-run the sfc /scannow command, so type the following command and press Enter:

sfc /scannow

Windows 10 MTK VCOM USB Drivers for 32 & 64 bit + Driver install tutorial

To determine the version of Windows 10 that you have (32 bit or 64 bit):

- Right-click on Start then click on System
- In the System window that opens, in System section, you will find your version of Windows next to System type

To disable Windows 10 64 bit driver signature enforcement:
- On your 64 bit Windows 10 desktop click on Start then on Settings
- Click on Update & security then in the left pane click on Recovery
- Under Advanced startup click on Restart now button

- Click on Troubleshoot then on Advanced options

- Click on Startup Settings then on Restart button
- The computer will restart with the Startup Settings screen
- To disable the driver signature enforcement until next restart press on number key 7 or F7 on your keyboard.
- After restart you can proceed with the unsigned MTK drivers installation for your 64 bit Windows
- After you install the unsigned drivers, to use them again in the future, you have to repeat this procedure

To install the MTK VCOM USB Drivers on 32 & 64 bit Windows 10:

- Download the drivers *.zip archive and extract the folder from inside on to the desktop:

Right-click on Start then click on Device Manager

In the Device Manager Window click on the first item – your computer name

Click on Action then Add legacy hardware

On the Welcome to the Add hardware Wizard window click on Next button

Select Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced) and then click on Nextbutton

Click on Show All Devices then on Next button

In the Add Hardware window click on Have Disk…button

In the Install From Disk windows click on Browse…button
In the next window – Locate file – browse for the folder that you have extracted on the desktop at the beginning

Select the version of the driver according to yourWindows 10 version – x64 for 64 bit and x86 for 32bit and click Open button

Click the OK button to load the driver

From the list of drivers select MTK USB Port and click on Next button

If a red warning window will open, click on Installthis driver software anyway

This action will add the following drivers in to the operating system:

- MediaTek DA USB VCOM Port
- MediaTek PreLoader USB VCOM Port – for transferring the firmware to your device
- MTK USB DEBUG Port
- MTK USB Modem Port
- MTK USB port – for transfering PreLoader to yourdevice (and recovery in case of bad or corruptfirmware)

Now we need to remove the device that we have installed but leave the drivers in the operatingsystem.
To do that, in the Device Manager window we expand Ports (COM & LPT) section

Right-click and click Uninstall on the MTK USB Port

- In the Confirm Device Uninstall window make sure that the box Delete the driver software for thisdevice is empty
- You need to leave the drivers in the operatingsystem and only remove the device that you added
- Click on the OK button to finalise

Now, when you will connect your turned off MTKdevice to the Windows 10 computer by USB, thedevice will be recognized either trough a MediaTekPreloader USB VCOM Port interface or as a MTKUSB port if it is bricked or it has bad/corruptfirmware. The SP Flash Tool will be able to transfer the firmware to your device trough this interfaces. Make sure you connect the device after you press the Download button in SP Flash Tool, as the communication interface will only be alive for 2 seconds if no data is being sent.
